Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager Location: Dubai Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Experience: 8-10 years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational efficiencies. You will oversee daily activities, manage a large team, and collaborate with senior leadership to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and support staff, ensuring high levels of performance, morale, and motivation.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and drive business growth.
  • Control and manage all restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and food cost management, while adhering to company budget guidelines.
  • Monitor and enforce safety, cleanliness, and health standards to meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer feedback, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set financial targets, monitor performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all legal, safety, and health regulations.
  • Optimize the efficiency of restaurant operations by analyzing and improving workflows, kitchen operations, and front-of-house processes.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff to align with company culture and operational standards.
  • Prepare and review operational reports, and provide insights for process improvement and business development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in restaurant management or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, inventory control, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and service.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
