We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SO/Uptown Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a diverse team in a vibrant multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team of restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment.
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, striving for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve restaurant performance.
- Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
