1. Operations & Service Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and service delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for seamless communication and efficiency
2. Customer Experience
- Greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Handle complaints or feedback gracefully and ensure a positive resolution
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and supervise performance
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure targets are met
- Report on daily/weekly sales, expenses, and staff performance
4. Brand & Appearance
- Ensure the restaurant ambiance, staff grooming, and presentation meet brand standards
- Maintain a polished, professional personal appearance at all times
- Act as the face of the restaurant, embodying its values and image
Desired Candidate Profile
- Location: UAE-based or willing to relocate
- Appearance: Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with a pleasant personality
- Communication: Excellent spoken English; additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
- Experience: 2–5 years in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in fine dining or high-end casual dining
