Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be a professional with strong organizational and leadership skills who can handle a high-pressure environment and organize multiple tasks at once. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to nurture relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
2. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their meals.
3. Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure food safety and quality.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies.
5. Setting goals for staff performance and productivity levels.
6. Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
7. Creating promotions to increase sales.
8. Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
9. Managing budgets.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field as well as 5+ years of prior work experience in a restaurant management role. He or she must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as strong problem-solving abilities. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary is 1000 AED per month.
