We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, staff management, and profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and train staff including waiters, chefs, and support teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt resolution of issues.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control of food and beverages.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and kitchen teams.
Prepare reports on sales, labor, and operational costs.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B or hospitality.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory control.
Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and costs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Availability: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
