• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing premium or fine-dining restaurants (Japanese cuisine preferred) • Strong understanding of Japanese service etiquette, ingredients, and dining formats (e.g., omakase, izakaya, kaiseki) • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills • Fluent in English (Japanese language a plus) • Immaculate presentation, attention to detail, and a calm, composed leadership style • Experience working in Dubai or other international hospitality hubs is highly valued
