Job Description: • Ensure smooth execution of all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, from opening to closing. • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service, maintain team morale, and ensure compliance with company standards. • Ensure a superior dining experience by addressing customer concerns, managing reservations, and maintaining service standards. • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and manage inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.

Qualifications: • 25 to 38 years old • At least 2 years UAE experience from a reputable Sports Bar/Bistro restaurant • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
