Job description

We have been retained by an international client who is looking to strengthen their team by adding a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

We are looking for someone with high energy and a great personality!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and handling complaints
• Organizing staff schedules, tracking employee hours, and recording payroll data
• Managing supplier relationships and stock ordering
• Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house activities
• Controlling operational costs and identifying waste reduction opportunities
• Assessing staff performance and providing disciplinary actions or retraining as needed
• Having at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Multitasking and handling multiple situations simultaneously
• Demonstrating leadership and motivation skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software
• Inventory management skills

Salary package: AED 12,000 + live-out allowance, incentives based on KPIs, and service charges
