We have been retained by an international client that is looking to strengthen their team by adding a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant.
We are looking for someone with high energy and a great personality!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience, and handling complaints
Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours, and recording payroll data
Dealing with suppliers for ordering of stock
Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance
Ideal candidate:
3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and handle multiple situations at once
Be a leader and motivator in the restaurant
Knowledge of restaurant management software
Financial acumen
Inventory management skills
Excellent communication skills
Salary package: AED12K + live out allowance, incentives on KPIs and service charges
