Position Overview
Accor Dubai is seeking a warm, attentive, and guest-focused Restaurant Host to join our dynamic food and beverage team. As the first point of contact for our diners, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest. What You ll Do
* Greet and escort guests to their tables with genuine warmth and professionalism
* Maintain a high standard of presentation, grooming, and interpersonal interaction
* Take guest reservations, manage waitlists, and coordinate table seating efficiently
* Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure by anticipating and addressing needs
* Assist the restaurant manager and service team with daily operations and guest communication
* Promote menu knowledge, special promotions, and handle guest inquiries with clarity
* Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor cleanliness and readiness of the dining area and entryway at all times
* Participate in regular briefings and trainings related to service, safety, and hygiene standards
* Maintain accurate guest records, hand over business cards, and support guest loyalty efforts
* Log all guest concerns or special occasions to support personalized service
* Adhere to Accor s safety, hygiene, fire, and emergency protocols
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality-related field
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
* Previous experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant preferred
* Well-groomed, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms
* Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
