Position

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager - 101 to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability, analyzing menu and product offerings, overseeing colleague training, ensuring guest service standards, inspecting cleanliness and condition of equipment and furniture, supervising daily operations, assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting colleagues during peak periods. Your goal is to improve guest and colleague satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.
