Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in restaurant management, preferably in UAE/GCC.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L, cost control, KPIs).
  • Experience in casual dining or healthy food concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and food safety regulations.
