Job summary

The Food and Beverage Group is seeking a Project Manager (Hospitality / F&B Fit-Out & Openings) to lead restaurant openings and fit-outs from design through handover. You will coordinate with designers, contractors, and operations teams to keep programmes on track and meet opening deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in project management within hospitality, retail, or store openings, with exposure to fit-out, coordination, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in project management or fit-out delivery.
• Experience in hospitality/restaurant or retail openings.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple fit-out and opening projects from design to handover.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, trackers, and reports.
• Manage budgets, variations, and procurement milestones.
• Support pre-opening readiness and operational handover.
• Ensure accurate documentation and PMO reporting.
