Job summary

The Food & Beverage Group is seeking multiple Project Managers in Dubai to drive restaurant fit-out and opening projects from design through handover. You will own live projects under a PMO structure, coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, and operations to keep initiatives on programme and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in fit-out or construction-related roles, strong reporting skills, and experience with MS Project or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in project management, coordination, fit-out delivery, or construction-related roles.
• Proven experience supporting or managing fit-out, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or store opening projects.
• Exposure to construction, interior fit-out, and site coordination.
• Good understanding of project delivery stages from design through handover.
• Strong programme and reporting skills using planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple fit-out and opening projects across hospitality and F&B sites.
• Coordinate project activities from design development through procurement, construction, handover, and opening.
• Work with internal stakeholders, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and operations teams to keep projects on programme and budget.
• Assist in driving projects through all stages of delivery, following up actions, approvals, and dependencies.
• Support senior project leadership in maintaining delivery standards, timelines, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor on-site progress during fit-out and construction phases and track contractor performance.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure works align with drawings, requirements, and delivery dates.
• Identify risks and escalation points and manage them with PMO oversight.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, trackers, and progress reports for weekly/monthly updates.
• Monitor procurement and long-lead items, site mobilisation, testing, and handover readiness.
