The Restaurant Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactionsaccurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuringa positive dining experience. They greet customers, take orders, processpayments, and assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greetcustomers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.

• Issuereceipts, refunds, or change as needed.
  
• Answercustomer questions about menu items, specials, or promotions.

• Assistwith seating arrangements or guiding customers to tables.
  
• Handlecustomer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate whennecessary.
  
• Balancecash register at the end of each shift and prepare cash deposits.
  
• Supportother restaurant staff as needed during busy periods.
