Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a senior professional to design and deliver AI governance frameworks and risk controls for enterprise-scale AI adoption in the UAE. You will create policy artefacts, oversee risk taxonomy, and establish approval workflows with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include translating policy into pragmatic operational controls, supporting sovereign AI initiatives, and guiding governance for regulated sectors, with collaboration across architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in AI governance, data governance, risk, compliance, audit, cyber/privacy or consulting.
• Experience designing governance frameworks or controls for technology, data, AI or digital programs.
• Exposure to public sector, government, financial services, telecom, energy or regulated sectors.
• Comfort translating policy intent into pragmatic processes and operational controls.

Your Role

Design and deliver AI governance frameworks, Agentic Control plane, Responsible AI controls, policies, risk assessments and assurance approaches for enterprise-scale AI adoption.

• Develop AI governance frameworks, policy artefacts, risk taxonomy and oversight forums.
• Design controls for fairness, transparency, explainability, human oversight, safety and auditability.
• Create use-case intake, AI impact assessment, model inventory and approval workflows.
• Support AI Factory governance, sovereign AI and regulated-sector proposal workstreams.
• Translate governance requirements into technical guardrails with architects and engineers.
• Experience/ Knowledge of Agentic control plane
