Cobalt Recruitment is seeking an energetic and self-driven Resource Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will provide market intelligence in a specialized area by analyzing press reports, approaching potential candidates, and sharing information effectively with the Cobalt team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting face-to-face and telephone interviews with potential candidates.
2. Attending client interviews alongside Consultants.
3. Following Cobalt Recruitment's Research Methodology to identify, qualify, and deliver suitable candidates for various assignments.
4. Preparing target company lists relevant to the role.
5. Maintaining the internal database, documenting all communication, and ensuring market intelligence and candidate profiles are accessible to team members.

Candidates should possess a degree and have at least 3 years of experience in any field. Strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed are essential.
