Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Turkish and Lebanese dining destination. You will lead a service team to deliver refined, authentic dining experiences and supervise daily operations, guest interactions, and upselling efforts.

Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus. A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hotel Management is expected, with at least two years in a management role at luxury hotels or fine dining.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant operations.
• Minimum two years of experience in a management role.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the service team through regular briefings, on-the-job training, and performance feedback.
• Set and deliver high service standards in line with brand expectations and luxury dining principles.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including reservations, table management, service flow, and guest recovery.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure menu knowledge, food quality, and timing.
• Manage staffing, rosters, and productivity in line with business needs and budget.
• Drive upselling initiatives, promotions, and service rituals to maximise revenue.
• Monitor costs, stock levels, wastage, and inventory with finance/store teams.
• Review daily reports and P&L, providing action plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations.
• Support sustainability and responsible business initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute events, VIP experiences, and seasonal activations.
