Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah invites you to lead our Turkish and Lebanese dining concept as Restaurant Manager at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You’ll guide the service team, ensure brand standards, handle reservations, and drive guest satisfaction with a strong hospitality focus.

Diploma or bachelor’s in Hotel Management or Hospitality is expected, plus 2+ years in a management role. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant operations.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a management role.
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern dining concepts (Turkish/Lebanese).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the service team through regular briefings, on-the-job training, and performance feedback.
• Set, monitor, and consistently deliver high service standards in line with brand expectations and luxury dining principles.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table management, service flow, and guest recovery.
• Ensure a strong guest focus by handling feedback and complaints professionally and turning insights into service improvements.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu knowledge, food quality, presentation, and timing meet expectations.
• Manage staffing, rosters, and productivity in line with business levels and budget requirements.
• Drive upselling initiatives, promotions, and service rituals to maximise revenue and average spend.
• Monitor costs, stock levels, wastage, and inventory in coordination with the finance and store teams.
• Review daily reports, POS data, and monthly P&L results, providing input and action plans where needed.
• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, health and safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Support and actively participate in sustainability and responsible business initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute special events, VIP experiences, and seasonal activations within the outlet.
