Job summary

Advanced Agrilytics is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the RFV delivery lifecycle in Dubai. The role requires coordinating across Sales, soil sampling, data ops, agronomy, and Finance to ensure timely, accurate reports and customer satisfaction.

You will build project plans, monitor progress, and establish standard workflows to keep pipelines healthy. Strong communication and prioritization are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, service delivery, or project execution.
• Demonstrated success driving results across cross-functional teams.
• Strong operational judgment and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, project management, and workflow tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to lead with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFV delivery lifecycle from contract handoff to final customer delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery dates for the RFV portfolio.

• Monitor work in process to identify risks and bottlenecks early.
• Establish standard work, stage definitions, and controls for RFV delivery.
• Use workflow data to manage backlog, throughput, and capacity.
• Partner with technical owners to resolve data, agronomic, or report-quality issues.
• Provide Finance with notice that contractual billing milestones are achieved.

• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery dates for the active RFV portfolio
• Coordinate priorities and handoffs across Sales, soil sampling, data operations, agronomy, and Finance
• Monitor work in process to identify risks and bottlenecks early
• Establish standard work, stage definitions, and controls for the RFV delivery process
• Use workflow data and operating metrics to manage backlog, throughput, and capacity
• Partner with technical owners to resolve data, agronomic, or report-quality issues
• Provide Finance with accurate notice that contractual billing milestones have been achieved

Requirements
