Job summary

Mace Group is seeking a senior project management professional to lead a prestigious residential and mixed-use development in Dubai. You will coordinate integrated teams, manage risks, budgets and quality, and ensure safety and compliance across the programme.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience delivering residential projects, strong leadership, and the ability to drive collaboration among stakeholders, contractors, and client representatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects and programmes in residential settings.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Determine and arrange project management, technical services and external resources to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, communicating strategies clearly and effectively.
• Champion Safety First values and embed HSW framework across activities.
• Lead Contractors and stakeholder management, ensuring briefs, deliverables, claims and variations are completed.
• Manage programme delivery from inception to completion, overseeing milestones, risks, budgets and quality standards.
