Role Overview:

Key Duties:

• Walk through the new empty houses holding a checklist to make sure the paint, lights, water taps, and doors are working perfectly.
• Report any cleaning issues or small damages directly to the Emaar construction team so they can make the house perfect before the owner arrives.
• Meet the new property owners respectfully, show them around their beautiful new home, and hand over the welcome gift box and house keys safely.
