Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Community Compliance or inspections.
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in Community Compliance or inspections conducted by or in coordination with relevant authorities is preferred.
• Relevant certifications issued by a competent authority or other recognized certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review designated complaint channels and respond daily.
• Conduct inspections in residential communities per plan and KPIs.
• Raise awareness and ensure compliance with community regulations (occupant limits).
• Contribute to development, updating and review of rules and procedures for Community Compliance.
• Record residential unit data, verify against systems, issue violations or warnings as needed.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and compliance practices.
• Coordinate and track warnings/penalties; ensure corrective actions and timely resolutions.
• Prepare inspection reports with observations, evidence, analysis, and recommendations.
• Produce regular and ad hoc management reports as required.
• Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Identify process improvement and digitalisation opportunities for inspections.
• Review reports from developers and determine appropriate actions.
• Follow established inspection protocols and collect required evidence.
