Job summary

A leading company in the UAE is seeking a maintenance technician for MEP equipment, swimming pools, and landscapes. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably Filipino with a driving license, and be capable of coordinating with subcontractors effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance.
• Filipino preferred with a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain MEP equipment and swimming pool according to standards.
• Oversee landscape maintenance and sub-contractor activities.
• Ensure energy-saving practices are effectively implemented.

Job description

• 1. Should be available at site 9.00am - 5.00pm.
• 2. Maintain the MEP equipment as per manufacturer guidelines with the help of supplier/contractors.
• 3. Carry out corrective, preventive and break down maintenance effectively and associate with the Supplier/contractor if required.
• 4. Maintain the Swimming pool as per DM standard including PH and Chlorine with the help of sub-contractor.
• 5. Maintain the landscape with the help of subcontractor and all fountains as per standard.
• 6. Monitor the sub-contractors activity and make sure the maintenance occurring effectively and timely.
• 7. Make sure the energy saving activities effectively.
• 8. Maintain all plant room clean and tidy.
• 9. Maintain the sophisticated systems such as Dimmer and security system as per standard with the help of subcontractor.
• 10. Maintain the common areas clean and tidy.

Preferred: Filipino with driving license and should be able to communicate with contractors.

Experience: 5 + years of relevant experience.
