As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules


• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution


• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship


• Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation


• Analyse and resolve complex engineering and construction issues as they arise


• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards


• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials


• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required


• Implement and maintain effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in construction management

Qualifications
