Residences Marketing & Communications Manager, Middle East

The Residences Marketing & Communications Manager, ME will be responsible for implementing marketing and communications activities to support the successful launch and sales of Aman Residence projects across the Middle East region.

This role will report to the Senior Director Marketing & Communications, Residences & Club, while working closely with the Regional Director Residences Sales, EMEA. Primary responsibilities will be to align ME marketing and communications activity with the global strategic plan for the division and execute approved marketing plans. This role will also work with Aman’s global brand and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overarching brand identity and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Aman Residences

• Work alongside wider team to develop marketing and communications plans for each project, with trackable goals and targets
• Lead on executing activities within the agreed strategic plans for each project
• Develop project-specific marketing requirements during all phases of the project development, from brochures and hoardings to wayfinding and collateral to support sales initiatives, as needed
• Act as the voice for marketing and communications in all relevant ME Residence project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all required activities are on track
• Act as the conduit between Residences team and the Global Marketing Team to ensure all ME project updates are shared, as well as key deadlines, timelines and milestones
• Act as brand champion for Aman Residences, giving strategic and creative consideration to all available owned channels, utilising these to maximise awareness of all relevant projects
• Lead on briefing respective marketing specialists, e.g. CRM, performance marketing, social media, brand, etc., on required content and campaigns
• Work closely with external PR agencies to drive relevant media coverage of ME Aman Residence projects and provide agencies
• Contribute to global and project-specific monthly reports tracking previous and forthcoming activity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be fluent in English
• Arabic speaker is preferred
• A higher education degree in the field is required
• Proven experience (6-8 years) in a similar role with a deep understanding of the ultra-luxury sector
• Experience working within real estate beneficial, but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously once on-boarded in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience of working under pressure managing multiple projects
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders, both external and internal
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive and engaging personality
• Very high attention to detail
• Proficiencies in PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel
