About the location:

What you will do

• Check, clean, and restock all residential washrooms, lobby, mail room, corridors, and common areas such as meeting rooms, theatres, and lounges.
• Anticipate residents’ needs, address concerns proactively, and offer personalized service when possible.
• Clean and inspect public areas according to Four Seasons standards.
• Clean all common areas, including elevators, windows, carpets, and collect trash throughout the property.
• Maintain equipment and supplies properly, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Keep storage areas tidy, stocked, and secure; report any equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards in locker rooms, pools, and fitness centers, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on preventive maintenance and report malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure all locker room checklists are completed, and areas are maintained to high standards.
• Handle soiled linen from common areas and ensure clean laundry is available.
• Manage locker keys inventory and regularly check locker rooms for cleanliness and supplies.
