JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome and assist residents and guests with inquiries, service requests, and local area information.
  2. Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable front desk at all times.
  3. Monitor visitor access and enforce building security protocols.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; coordinate with delivery services.
  5. Work closely with building management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.
  6. Keep accurate records including visitor logs, key logs, service requests, and incident reports.
  7. Support move-in and move-out processes for residents.
  8. Communicate building notices, maintenance schedules, and updates to residents.
  9. Assist in emergencies by following building procedures and guiding residents and emergency personnel.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  1. Experience in concierge or guest service roles (hotel/residential).
  2. Good communication and people skills.
  3. Well-organized, professional, and calm under pressure.
  4. Comfortable using basic computer systems.
  5. Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
