Key Responsibilities :
Professionally greet guests with the highest standards and maintain overall responsibility for reservations and inquiries.
E nsure all front desk staff adhere to the company's Cycle of Service at all times.
Ensure that front desk staff is on duty and that the department is adequately staffed, with breaks organized in accordance with fluctuations in business volume.
Report and liaise regularly with the General Manager regarding departmental performance and ensure they are informed of any relevant information or issues.
Act as Duty Manager when required to address any issues that may arise during shifts.
Liaise with customers regarding special functions and cater to their requirements and requests whenever possible.
Supervise the coordination of VIP events, table bookings, and ensure table allocation is impeccable according to daily reservations.
To produce a daily briefing sheet in a timely and accurate manner, listing special occasions, dietary requirements, table preferences, and highlighting VIP guests.
To prepare Event Function Sheets.
Required Profile :
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
Attention to detail and ability to work with initiative.
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
