Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication regarding all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Checking no-show records and pending reservations
  2. Managing VIP arrivals, special requests, and tracing actions
  3. Monitoring reservations for the upcoming two weeks and informing the sales team to fulfill sales leads
  4. Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management
  5. Checking pending or expiring visas that require exit clearance
  6. Sending confirmations for new reservations and following up on those without responses
  7. Answering all incoming calls per Rotana standards, inputting information received via fax, and monitoring emails
  8. Organizing transportation with the hotel driver and following up accordingly
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should possess a degree in hospitality and have previous experience in hotel reservations. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) are essential. Additional language skills are advantageous.
