Reservations Manager - Lifestyle Division

We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to overlook our Lifestyle Dining Division.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university or Hospitality Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience from a reputed hotel or beach resort
• Excellent knowledge of SevenRooms
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent management skills with strong planning and budgetary skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
• Good knowledge of policies and procedures, their development and applications
• Strong relationship building skills
• Highly cooperative team spirit

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage the Reservations Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
• Responsible for the entire Reservations department procedures and processes.
• Monitor revenue variance constantly to identify areas of concern and build an approach to maximize revenue.
• Develop accounts proactively and coach the team to develop accounts successfully.
• Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue.
• Understand the competitive marketplace through analysis of trends and data and build a strategic approach to manage trends.
• Ensure constant delivery of excellent customer service.
• Assign daily tasks to the Reservation Team.
• Responsible for the work schedule of the Reservation Team.
• Review booked reservations and arrival reports daily.
• Ensure smooth communication in regard to bookings and occupancy.
• Review no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to the policy.
• Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
