We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to overlook our Lifestyle Dining Division.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Manage the Reservations Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
  2. Responsible for the entire Reservations department procedures and processes.
  3. Monitor revenue variance, constantly, to identify areas of concern and build an approach to maximize revenue.
  4. Develop accounts, proactively and coach the team to develop accounts successfully.
  5. Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue.
  6. Understand the competitive market place through analysis of trends and data and build strategic approach to manage trends.
  7. Ensure constant delivery of excellent customer service.
  8. Assign daily tasks to Reservation Team.
  9. Responsible for the work schedule of Reservation Team.
  10. Review booked reservations and arrival reports daily.
  11. Ensure smooth communication in regard to bookings and occupancy.
  12. Review no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to the policy.
  13. Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Communication & Working Relationships:
  1. Collaborate closely with Guest Relations Manager from all venues.
  2. Coordinate with different departments to guarantee effective communication.
  3. Interact with guests and customers to guarantee profitable results of events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university or Hospitality Degree.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience from a reputed hotel or beach resort.
  3. Excellent knowledge of SevenRooms.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  6. Excellent management skills with strong planning and budgetary skills.
  7. Confident and dynamic personality.
  8. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  9. Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions.
  10. Good knowledge of policies and procedures, their development and applications.
  11. Strong relationship building skills.
  12. Highly cooperative team spirit.
