A Reservations Agent for Conrad Dubai will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel and is responsible for offering excellent service to influence guests' decisions to stay at the property.

What will I be doing?

As a Reservation Agent for Conrad Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for room reservations. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, presenting options, and offering solutions to meet guest and customer needs. Specifically, your tasks will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls following the hotel's telephone etiquette.
• Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads.
• Identifying sales opportunities as appropriate.
• Responding to all customers professionally, ensuring reservations are accurate and meet guest expectations.
