Position Summary

A Reservations Agent serves as the primary contact for room reservations at the hotel, offering excellent service and influencing guests' decisions to stay at the property.

What will I be doing?

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for room reservations, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, presenting options, and providing solutions to meet guest needs. Your tasks will include:

• Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings promptly
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to generate future leads
• Identifying potential sales opportunities
• Responding professionally to all customers, ensuring reservations are accurate and meet guest expectations
• Providing prompt service while maintaining hotel brand standards
