With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join the One&Only team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for developing potential relationships, ensuring to match the guest's needs by promoting and selling the benefits and features of the hotel, assisting guests with their reservations and requests, receiving and processing reservations professionally and efficiently, and providing accurate communication to all other departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. A commitment to a sense of urgency, immediacy, and total responsiveness.
2. Anticipate guest needs and address them in a refreshing, respectful, and polite manner.
3. Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
4. Process all reservations accurately and efficiently.
5. Record all relevant details accurately, e.g., payment details.
6. Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
7. Remain aware of current packages, tiers, and promotions, and communicate these to guests.
8. Utilize preferences, traces, and comments to update relevant departments about guest preferences (e.g., transport, wine, cots, allergies).
9. Keep all relevant administration updated at all times.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels, with a reservations background, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language are required. Computer literacy, including relevant software and Opera system experience, is essential. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
