Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Reservations Agent, your responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth service delivery, including:

  • Processing and confirming guest room reservations made via phone, letter, or fax.
  • Inputting reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information, and attending to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Staying updated on hotel promotions and following procedures for reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
  • Demonstrating product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for correspondence and collating reports as required.
  • Promoting good public relations and maximizing business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate room status at all times.
  • Answering all incoming calls per company standards, inputting fax information, and monitoring emails.
  • Organizing visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and upselling opportunities.
Skills, Education & Qualifications

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in hospitality and previous hotel reservation experience. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
