Reservations Agent Job Description

Under the guidance and supervision of the Cluster Director of Revenue and within the limits of established Accor policies and the OSM (Operational Standards Manual), the Reservations Agent is responsible for:

  • Receiving and handling all reservations efficiently and accurately via phone, fax, or email, converting inquiries into sales to meet hotel targets.
  • Developing and maintaining good relations with supervisors, department heads, local authorities, and key clients.
  • Participating in promotional and marketing activities throughout the year.
