Reservations Agent - Accor Dubai

As the first point of contact for future guests, you will deliver a welcoming and engaging service, ensuring accurate bookings and personalized support that reflects the luxury experience Accor is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming room reservation requests with professionalism and warmth
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences in the system
* Maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and offering the best room selections
* Provide knowledgeable information about hotel amenities, services, and promotions
* Respond to special requests and assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience from booking to check-in
* Promote Accor s loyalty programs and guest benefits
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
* Strong guest service skills with a friendly and confident personality
* Proficiency in reservation systems, preferably Opera
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
