Reservations Agent

To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas’ Standards of Performance whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum a year work experience in Reservations within a luxurious hotel or establishment.
2. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
3. Candidate must be well versed both in English and Arabic.
