  4. Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, provide information about the hotel's offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Work closely with other departments such as Front Office and Sales to optimize room inventory, maximize revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  6. Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
