We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Assistant to join our enthusiastic team.

As a Reservations Assistant, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel occupancy through effective reservation management, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty by providing quality service in line with brand standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Downloading bookings from external reservation systems
• Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, and local attractions
• Handling VIP and special requests efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining full knowledge of rates, room types, hotel offerings, and competitors
• Checking correspondence daily before guest arrival to ensure all information is complete
• Monitoring no-show records and pending reservations
• Reviewing reservations for the upcoming two weeks and coordinating with the sales team on leads
• Understanding rate structures and applying rate management
• Checking pending visas or expiring visas for guests exiting the country

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a 4* or 5* city hotel in Dubai. They should be detail-oriented, capable of handling technical revenue-generating systems, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability are essential.
