Since 2016, we've been redefining the industry with cutting-edge technology and top-notch service. Now, we're looking for a Reservation/Telesales Agent (Part-Time) to join our Dubai office.

???? Role Overview

As a part-time Reservation/Telesales Agent, you will support managing direct reservations with the team on the ground for viewings. You will optimize external reservations through different channels and maximize booking revenue through market-based price adjustments for your assigned properties.

???? Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Convert calls and messages from Property Finder or other classified platforms
• Optimize listings on classified platforms, ensuring daily updates of pricing and content
• Follow up with in-stay guests for extensions, payments, and deposits
• Have good knowledge of apartments in Dubai and an understanding of short-term rentals
• Represent GuestReady effectively and professionally
• Handle rejection with a cool temper and professionalism
• Possess outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints

???? What You Need to Succeed

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proactive, outgoing, and self-driven
• Computer literate and tech-savvy; proficient in managing contracts, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay calm
• Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies
• Confident, personable, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Booking.com, Airbnb, and Holiday Home platforms
• Knowledge of Propertyfinder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is an advantage
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred for this part-time position
