About the Role:

We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join the Reservations team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main responsibilities include:

• Responding to emails professionally within 24 hours, prioritizing current and upcoming bookings.
• Answering calls promptly within three rings, following IFH & LQA standards.
• Gathering and updating guest details in Opera, including contact information, passport copies, flight details, and preferences.
• Maintaining professional email and phone etiquette.
• Reviewing reservation correspondence for special instructions and relaying information to relevant departments.
• Communicating last-minute changes, new bookings, cancellations, and additional information promptly.
• Ensuring bookings are guaranteed with payment before the cancellation period.
• Following up on no-shows, canceling non-guaranteed bookings, charging no-show fees when applicable, and updating the manager.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar luxury 5-star environment (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Project management abilities.
• Attention to detail.
