Reservations Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they come to expect upon arrival!

What you will be doing:

1. Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
2. Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through upselling
3. Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
4. Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year as a Reservations Agent
• Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable
