You will develop and implement effective research initiatives, identify opportunities for new projects and international collaborations, and guide project teams within the Development Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or International Relations or related.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute research & studies projects.
• Develop and implement effective research & studies methodologies.
• Lead production of research, reports, and concept notes.
• Oversee project teams to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor team performance in conjunction with the Director.
