Research & Development Engineer - Emirati Talent

Role overview:

As this lab is a Global Research & Development center, R&D Engineer should be flexible in supporting multidisciplinary projects related to industrial water treatment and asset protection projects (Corrosion and scale inhibitors for energy industry). R&D Engineer will be supporting the below ongoing projects

• PFAS contamination removal project,
• Corrosion inhibitor evaluation
• Direct Lithium Extraction projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample preparation
• Carrying out experimental studies as per the requirements
• Working with external laboratories to analyze the samples
• Preparing technical reports
• Closely work with project stakeholders & updating the status, following the company HSE policies
• Attending technical conferences
• Contribute towards novel product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in chemical/mechanical engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to commit to working in the lab full-time.
• Prior internship or hands-on lab experience in chemical/mechanical engineering or a related field (Preferred).
