The Center for Cyber Security (CCS) at New York University (NYU) Abu Dhabi, UAE, invites applications for a Research Associate / Postdoctoral Associate position in Quantum Computing Security. The candidate is expected to conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as Quantum Machine Learning, Security of Quantum Circuits, Design Automation for Quantum Circuits, Quantum Noise-Aware Optimizations, Error Correction, and Privacy-Preserving Quantum Computing. Experience with quantum machines and development environments like QiSKit and PennyLane is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work with advanced technologies, potentially collaborating with quantum computing partners and industry. The center offers a unique interdisciplinary research environment spanning Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics. Opportunities exist to collaborate across disciplines and with other postdocs.

Applicants should hold a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Quantum Physics, with relevant focus areas. The appointment is for two years, with possible extension. Compensation includes a competitive salary, housing allowance, medical insurance, annual leave, and potential support for dependent education. Salaries are tax-free in the UAE.
