The Modern Compilers Lab in the Computer Science program at New York University Abu Dhabi is seeking to recruit a research assistant to work on the intersection of compilers and deep learning.
Our research team at NYUAD is developing a new programming framework called Tiramisu, which can perform advanced code optimizations to generate fast, architecture-specific code for multicore CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and distributed systems.
The goal of this project is to develop automatic code optimization support in Tiramisu using machine learning techniques. This involves creating a compiler pass that automatically selects the best optimization strategies for a given program, enhancing performance for users and partner organizations.
