Job Purpose
Develop and implement the ENEC and UAE nuclear research and development program. Establish strategic R&D relationships with domestic and international research partners to support the UAE's strategy for advanced innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong data analysis background with expertise in KPIs, process improvement, and performance enhancement
• Experience in budget management, data interpretation, and preparing interference reports
• Ability to gather critical information and present insights effectively through dashboards and reports
• Relevant experience in R&D or corporate environments; exposure to management software tools is a plus
• Diverse professional background to contribute to program development

Nuclear Research Program Development

Responsibilities include preparing and implementing strategies for effective coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of research work, as well as developing business plans and securing funding for research purposes.

Collaboration and Partnership within R&D Program

Support in promoting ENEC and the UAE Nuclear Program, establishing collaborations with international research institutions, and managing contractual agreements to maximize intellectual property.

Conduct benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities in international programs.

Scholarships and Training

Collaborate with Scholarship, Career Development, and CPT teams to align scholarships with R&D needs, and develop competency frameworks and training programs for employees.

Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure alignment with performance and safety parameters.
