Requirement Manager - 100% (m / f)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and management of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, following the V Cycle methodology. Proficiency in using ComplyPro is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation processes for rail projects.
• Ensure all project requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and meet client needs.
• Oversee the application of the V Cycle (V-Model) methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all phases of the V Cycle, from requirements definition to validation, are effectively executed.
• Utilize ComplyPro software for requirements management, ensuring all requirements are captured, tracked, and managed within the tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements management within rail projects.
• Experience working on projects within the GCC region is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using ComplyPro for requirements management.
